(WDNews) — Authorities are investigating a Monday night shooting at a Phenix City apartment complex that left a Dothan man dead and a woman critically injured. Parkway on Thursday, June 24, Spivey was transported to Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital by a private vehicle. Her condition has not yet been released. On Friday, July 25, investigators obtained arrest warrants for Regienol Ernest Poe in connection with the shooting. Poe faces two counts of attempted murder, one count of possession of a firearm by a person legally forbidden to possess one, and one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle. He was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held at the Harris County Jail, awaiting extradition back to Russell County, Alabama.
