Fact : The woman in the viral photo is Bangladeshi digital creator Adrita Azad Rithi, who clarified in a Facebook post that she is a Muslim by birth and suffered the injury in a road accident, not due to any assault. Her husband, Mohammad Abu Sufyan, also filed a police complaint against those spreading false narratives using her image. To verify the authenticity of the photo and the accompanying narrative, we performed a reverse image search on Google. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi called the accident. She was not abused by her husband; rather, she was recently injured in an accident. In fact, her husband posted the photos on her account to inform others about the incident.
